Overview
Amex GBT needed a design system to address inconsistencies across its growing ecosystem of digital products and communications. With multiple teams working across various platforms and regions, there was a clear need for a unified approach to design that could ensure brand consistency, improve user experience, and reduce duplication of effort.

My role
At Amex GBT, I played a key role in the development of a new design system, built to unify and streamline the brand’s digital experience across multiple platforms. This system established a consistent visual language and interaction pattern, improving design efficiency, scalability and collaboration across teams. As part of this initiative, I also created a suite of landing page templates and modular email components, empowering teams to rapidly produce on-brand, user-centric communications while reducing production time and ensuring design consistency at scale.
