My main tasks at Tribal on the Volkswagan website was to streamline user journeys and reduce friction by improving site navigation, content structure and overall usability. The client wanted to align design improvements with key business goals such as lead generation, product discovery and user retention.

My role spanned the full spectrum of UI/UX design – from early-stage wireframes and interactive prototypes to high-fidelity design mockups and the creation of functional online tools. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive, user-centred experiences that aligned with Volkswagen’s brand and digital strategy. This included contributing to both marketing-led platforms and customer-focused digital services, helping streamline the user journey and enhance engagement across key digital touch-points.
